Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is available throughout the UK.

 

We aim to deliver your order within 10 to 14 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. To keep shipping costs low we operate flat rates based on order value.

All unframed art is available for delivery. Framed art that is not available for delivery can be collected from the Mill Tye Design Store or delivered via a quoted for courier.

Mill Tye Consultants does not accept responsibility for local shipping delays, such as holidays or strike days.

​

Mill Tye Consultants is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes the responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Undelivered Orders 

In the event that your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us (Mill Tye Consultants). We will contact you to arrange redelivery or cancel and refund the value of your order, excluding postage costs.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied upon receipt of your order or you feel it does not match the specifications laid out on our website, please contact the gallery immediately via email, milltye@icloud.com clearly detailing the following: 

​

  • Order reference number

  • Your full name

  • Daytime contact number

  • Details of the product you wish to return

  • Photographic evidence of damage or fault

  • The reason for the return.

 

You can return items within 7 days from the receipt of your order. Proof of postage within this time is required to receive your refund.

​

Any items returned to us (Mill Tye Consultants) must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with no evidence of damage or use.

​

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of an order. Items must be sent via registered mail to ensure tracking is available. Mill Tye Consultants takes no responsibility for deliveries being returned which go missing or are undelivered.

​

Providing the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.

​

Refunds can only be made to the card or method you made the purchase with. Refunds will be processed with 30 days of receipt of the item(s) returned.

​

You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between us for bespoke orders such as special editions, or where a product has been made to your specifications, unless the item is faulty.  

​

Nothing in this returns policy affects your ‘statutory rights’ under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

​

Please note: In-store purchases made in the Mill Tye Design Store can only be returned in-store. We will need to see your proof of purchase, so keep hold of your receipt and present it with the item.
